As the demand for aged care and disability support services increases, so does the demand for qualified, skilled and experienced aged care workers to provide these services.
Programmed Edu.Care, offered within Programmed’s Edu. suite of training solutions, aims to enhance the capacity and capability of the sector to attract and retain support workers for Aged Care, Community Care and Disability Support Workers.
Programmed Edu.Care introduces a full-time employed pathway with education and employment for candidates interested in the industry and seeking employment and development within the sector.
