First Nations Employment Services program
As part of our First Nations employment program, we have a dedicated First Nations Engagement Manager who works with our customers to increase participation across the workforce. This includes support in developing Participation Plans and completing Cultural Heritage Management Plans.
Sustainable employment opportunities
Our training programs are aligned with the requirements of our customers, ensuring that we are readily able to provide skilled First Nations employees across a wide range of expertise.
Our specialised team provides vocational care throughout all stages of employment, from the recruitment process to successful completion of training and on-the-job mentoring.
