Last week, Programmed and PERSOLKELLY joined forces to provide insights and expertise at a client event in our Seven Hills office in New South Wales – “Innovate and Elevate: Navigating Future Trends in HR and Technology”.
Drawing attendees from diverse sectors including Rail, Government, FMCG, Primary Manufacturing and Transport & Logistics, our event aimed to tackle pressing issues shaping the recruitment landscape today.
At the heart of our discussions were two key themes: the evolving industrial relations legislation, and the integration of technology – particularly AI – in recruitment practices.
With Kevin Cameron, Head of People, and Scott Martin, Product and Implementation Manager, leading the charge, attendees were engaged with discussions exploring these critical topics.
Kevin discussed the intricacies of the “same job, same pay” legislation. With his seasoned expertise, he delved into the complexities of the legislation, equipping our clients with invaluable insights to navigate its implications.
Scott then delved into AI’s transformative role in the recruitment processes. His exploration of AI’s impact, from talent sourcing to assessment, shed light on innovative approaches to streamline recruitment efforts.
Laura Zulian, Programmed Skilled Workforce GM – NSW & ACT, said: “It was wonderful to see so many of our valued customers so highly engaged with our guest speakers, the customer event itself was a huge success in no small part to the informative content shared by our in-house experts. It felt really special to have an opportunity to open the doors to our offices and training warehouse facility to so many customers and we are really looking forward to hosting another event on-site in our Seven Hills location later in the year.”
Beyond the informative sessions, the event buzzed with the integration of our Programmed and PERSOLKELLY teams.
Chantelle Stevens, Programmed Skilled Workforce Rail Manager – Northern, said: “The event showcased our shared dedication to delivering top-notch solutions and exceptional service to our clients. It was inspiring to witness this synergy firsthand, knowing that it directly translates to better support and guidance for our attendees’ diverse needs. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our clients and employees for their invaluable contributions. Your dedication and collaboration are the driving forces behind our success, and we couldn’t be more grateful.”
As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue fostering collaboration and driving success together.
