A huge congratulations to our GTO Major Projects team on winning the Industry Collaboration Award at the 2026 WA Training Awards.
Held annually, the WA Training Awards recognise excellence in vocational education and training across Western Australia. This award acknowledges the success of Programmed’s National Energy Technician Training Scheme (NETTS) and the strong industry partnerships that have supported the program over the past decade.
NETTS is a unique collaboration between Programmed and leading oil and gas organisations, designed to build a skilled, diverse and sustainable workforce for the future of the industry. Over four years, apprentices gain both classroom-based learning and hands-on experience across multiple host sites, creating a well-rounded pathway into the sector. Learn more about the scheme here.
